Christina Zandi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides individual therapy at her private practice in Long Beach, CA. She has over 10 years of experience as a therapist working with a wide spectrum of clients and disorders in multiple settings.
In addition to private practice, Christina works as a Consultant Therapist at Center for Discovery in their Residential, Partial and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) eating disorder treatment programs. She is also the Primary Therapist at The Well Recovery Center for clients struggling with substance abuse and codependency issues. She has experience providing mental health services within the education system and Department of Mental Health agencies working with a wide range of emotional disturbance including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, family therapy, and adolescent issues. She has supervised and coordinated an FSP (Full Service Partnership) program in Long Beach which worked with at-risk youth and adults as well as provided clinical supervision to MFT and MSW interns and trainees.
Christina is an insight-oriented therapist who integrates Psychodynamic, Attachment, Interpersonal and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies which she tailors to fit each client. With compassion and understanding of relationships, she works collaboratively to help each client overcome their unique set of obstacles and attain personal growth and wholeness.
